Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across stores in your district, with a 4-day work week and a night-shift differential of $1.50/hr for 10pm–6am.

You will delegate tasks, mentor team members, and ensure customer service excellence while traveling locally to support nearby stores. The role includes generous benefits and growth opportunities within a fast-expanding company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities, including bending, standing and reaching.
• May lift up to 20 pounds, with assistance for lifts up to 40 pounds.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while meeting standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
