Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple stores in the district. You’ll travel between locations, driving store success and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a 4-day work week with set schedules and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, parental leave, 401k match, and stock ownership. Night shift adds $1.50/hr for 10pm–6am coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience leading a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities across stores.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one-way; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly; assist in lifting up to 40 pounds with a partner.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members and ensuring standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Collaborate with Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Foster a positive, engaging store culture in line with Sheetz standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
