Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the way in producing sales and setting the tone for the team.
• Travel 50% of time to assigned stores; 50% in home store.
• Staffing: onboard, train, and manage performance.
• Ensure inventory levels and merchandising standards across stores.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage and store open hours.
• Handle intensified customer service issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
