Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience with 2+ years in a store management or supervisor role.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sales-driven teams across home store and area stores.
• Travel 50% of time to assigned stores and 50% in home store.
• Hire and onboard staff, provide performance feedback, and meet KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and customer service quality.
• Ensure stores operate with Lori's Gifts procedures and standards.
