Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating cross-store efforts.
• Comfort with multi-store supervision and peak times.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lb with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and uphold standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members with performance feedback to the GM.
• Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations across stores.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure safety/compliance.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
