Sheetz, Inc. seeks a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple stores in the district, ensuring top-tier service and performance standards.

You’ll travel between locations to drive results and maintain a high-energy, customer-focused environment. Qualifications

• Multitasking and physical ability to stand, bend and lift up to 20 lbs; may assist with 40 lbs with a partner.
• Must be 18+ years old (note: some tasks may require 21+ in certain states).
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
