Job summary

Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across stores in the district. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor team members, and maintain high standards of service and safety while traveling between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating cross-store efforts.
• Able to multitask and perform physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 40 lb with partner).
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles daily (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining operational and customer service standards.
• Mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work with Team Members to keep store operations smooth and efficient.
• Uphold Sheetz Performance Standards and foster a positive store culture.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
