Job summary

Sheetz, Inc is hiring a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead store teams across multiple locations in Pennsylvania. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, mentoring staff, and maintaining high operational standards while supporting several stores in the district.

You will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment with set schedules, weekends off every other week, and a night differential of $1.50/hr for working 10pm-6am. Travel to nearby stores is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
• Experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop the skills needed to deliver exceptional service, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
