Job summary

Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor in Pennsylvania to lead teams across district stores, ensuring top-notch operations and customer service. You’ll travel between locations, delegate tasks, and model Sheetz Performance Standards to boost store performance.

This role offers night shift pay of $1.50/hour, a fast-paced career path, strong benefits, and weekend scheduling that includes every other weekend off.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating with others to achieve goals.
• Food service background is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles daily; mileage reimbursed beyond 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while meeting standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain operations.
• Foster a positive culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
