Sheetz, Inc. seeks a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive district store success, rotating across locations in Pennsylvania. You will delegate tasks, mentor staff, and maintain high customer service standards in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old (Virginia 21+ for certain tasks).
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles daily with mileage reimbursement if over 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to the GM.
• Work side by side with team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive, engaging store culture by embodying performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following all regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
