Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a General Manager to lead two or more stores and drive exceptional customer experiences. You’ll coach teams to reach their potential, develop leaders, and ensure strong product knowledge across Baby and Young Children ranges.

You will also manage merchandising, payroll, and budgets while maintaining an inclusive, high-performing culture. The role requires at least five years of retail management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work various shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
