You will coach Store Managers, monitor KPIs, manage P&L, and collaborate with field and corporate teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of retail management experience with up to 90% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of store retail management experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective business relationships with peers, senior management, customers, and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to rent a car and/or personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-store district to achieve sales, customer satisfaction, profitability.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure adherence to policies.
• Analyze financial performance and develop store plans based on P&L results to increase profitability.
• Provide strategic sales leadership and execute processes to drive high performance.
• Evaluate store KPIs and address performance gaps with coaching and planning.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring efforts for assigned stores; travel up to 90%.
