Job summary

Batteries Plus in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and drive retail sales. This hands-on role blends leadership, customer service and light technical work to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers leave satisfied.

You will oversee opening/closing, manage inventory, support KPIs, and grow commercial accounts while maintaining safety standards and a positive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or retail management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Technical aptitude for light repair, battery testing, and installation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and occasional travel.
