Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of store retail management experience.
• Previous multi-location management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing store teams to deliver exceptional service and standards.
• Analyze financial performance and develop plans to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee store operations, policies, and procedures across districts.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor Store Managers; support openings and transitions.
• Travel up to 90% to support district stores.
