Job summary

Batteries Plus invites a District Sales and Operations Manager to lead a multi-store district of company-owned stores. You will drive execution of key business strategies to achieve sales, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability.

You will provide strategic leadership, direction, and support to store teams, mentor managers, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role requires travel up to 90% and close collaboration with corporate operations.
