Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Cook for our West Palm Beach location. The role involves preparing cooked foods and operating Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and eggs stations, while ensuring timely service and quality.

You will communicate any ticket times or issues to the on-duty manager and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of cooking experience in a high-volume casual dining environment and are comfortable handling multiple cooking

Qualifications

• Ability to follow HACCP standards and food safety practices.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety guidelines.
