Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Works is seeking a part-time Associate to join our operations team. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, delivering fast, friendly, and consistent service in a clean shop.

You will prepare a variety of items, handle the register, and assist across stations as directed by the manager. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to health standards, and delivering an enjoyable guest experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly and efficient service to customers
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, and other items per recipes
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures
• Restock food line, chips and cooler; work multiple stations as directed
• Deliver catering orders as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety standards
• Engage with customers and maintain a positive store environment
