Qualifications

• You are at least 16 years of age.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable in a bustling kitchen setting; knife skills are a plus.
• Ability to handle allergens and assist with food preparation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple stations as directed by a shift leader or manager.
• Adhere to health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety.
• Restock food line, chips, and beverages.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream) efficiently.
• Use slicer for food prep if age 18+.
• Keep tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils clean.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Take delivery, catering, and pickup orders over the phone.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
