Potbelly Sandwich Works is hiring Associates to deliver fast, friendly service in a lively cafe setting. Earn between $17.25 and $17.75 per hour plus digital tips, with a comprehensive benefits package.

The role involves multi-station work, handling cash, food prep, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Applicants should be at least 16, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable in a bustling kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front).
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream).
• Use of the slicer to prep food items if 18+.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; take out trash.
• Operate cash register: handle, balance and follow cash procedures.
• Handle customer complaints/issues.
• Take delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
• Other duties as assigned.
