Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive titling or DMV operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles and registrations for Idaho, Washington, and out-of-state customers.
• Navigate DMV processes and ensure state compliance.
• Review title documents, lien information, and odometer disclosures for accuracy.
• Track outstanding title work and prevent processing delays.
• Coordinate with deal processors, F&I, DMV offices, and customers to move transactions efficiently.
• Maintain audit-ready records and comply with regulations.
• Support reporting, reconciliations, and title-related administrative tasks.
• Serve as a resource for title and registration questions.
