Young Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to accurately process vehicle titles and ensure state compliance. You will support dealership administrative operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a family-owned, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• You must have a history of successful employment with excellent attendance and punctuality
• A desire to learn and grow with a great company
• A valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Work with other dealerships - DMV - and financial institutions
• Performs title and vehicle audits on a regular basis
• Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management
• Assists in monthly closings
• Prepares tax and title documents
• Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicle
• Maintain multiple reports including Permit Logs - Titling Reports - Plating Reports - etc
