ModWash seeks a Director of Safety to shape and lead the company’s safety strategy across a multi-state operation. This high-visibility role partners with executive and field leaders to identify risks, reduce incidents, and drive measurable safety improvements across all locations.

The role requires overseeing safety programs, audits, training, workers' compensation, and regulatory compliance, with frequent travel to sites and strong collaboration with Operations, HR, Facilities, and Training

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in safety-related field; seven+ years of leadership in safety.
• Experience managing workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Multi-site safety leadership experience preferred; travel up to 60-75%.

Aufgaben

• Develops and implements company safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and all applicable regulations.
• Conducts safety audits, site inspections, risk assessments, and reviews.
• Leads third-party safety partner and OSHA response preparation with ownership intact.
• Investigates incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Oversees injury prevention and risk mitigation programs.
• Delivers safety training for field and support teams.
• Maintains OSHA logs and safety documentation.
• Monitors safety metrics and reports to executive leadership.
