Marick Mechanical is seeking a Safety Director to develop and lead a comprehensive safety program across all locations. You will ensure OSHA and applicable regulations are met while fostering a culture of safe work and accountability.

Reporting to the President or COO, you will guide risk reduction, conduct investigations, lead training, and manage field safety planning, audits, and scorecards, with travel about 50% across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years construction/commercial mechanical safety.
• 3+ years leadership.
• Preferred CSP, CHST, OSHA 500, First Aid/CPR Instructor, DOT experience.

• Develop and execute the Company's strategic safety program.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across locations.
• Establish annual safety goals and KPIs.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT regulatory compliance.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and safety planning.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver company-wide safety training and orientation.
• Oversee PPE, vehicle safety, inspections.
• Analyze trends and produce monthly safety scorecards.
