The ideal candidate has 5 years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment, 2 years of supervision, and familiarity with Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of work experience processing end-to-end payroll in a multi-state environment.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day payroll operations for a multi-state organization.
• Execute bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and executive employees.
• Audit payroll to ensure accurate calculations for gross-to-net pay, garnishments, benefits, and tax withholdings.
• Ensure adherence to FLSA regulations, time-tracking rules, multi-state compliance and nexus roles.
• Lead, train, and mentor the payroll team.
