Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll team. You will process field payroll, support corporate payroll, and serve as the primary contact for field payroll matters, ensuring accurate, timely payments while collaborating with internal teams and external providers.

You will handle garnishments, off-cycle payments, audits, and payroll reporting. The role requires multi-state experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and Workday Payroll experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting and processing payroll in a complex multi-state environment.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and reporting, including payroll deductions and garnishments.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach to reconciling payroll information and ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll for field employees and support corporate payroll as needed.
• Process off-cycle payments including final pay and corrections with deadlines.
• Serve as main contact for field payroll matters and coordinate with partners to resolve issues.
• Process garnishments and wage attachments; maintain records and coordinate follow-up.
• Audit timesheets and employee records; investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Support payroll projects and system updates; maintain procedures and documentation.
