Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for 300+ employees in Paycom
• Support payroll operations for a multi-state workforce
• Review, audit, and scrub payroll reports for accuracy
• Handle bank and account reconciliations
• Generate and distribute payroll reports
• Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries
• Collaborate with accounting and operations on payroll tasks
• Assist with year-end activities including W-2 reporting
• Provide accounts payable support when needed
