The position requires 3+ years in payroll, knowledge of regulations, and strong attention to detail. Work hybrid in Vienna, VA with a schedule from 9 to 5, and access to medical and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years payroll experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of payroll policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Familiarity with payroll transaction codes and input processing.

Responsabilités

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll and related reporting.
• Import and process timesheets for exempt, non-exempt, and part-time staff.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with policies and laws.
• Create Excel reports for managers and audits.
• Assist with payroll-related internal and external audits.
• Process garnishments and 401(k) contributions/loans.
