Aufgaben

• Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using Paycom
• Review and validate timesheets, pay adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
• Ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and on schedule
• Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and benefits deductions
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Reconcile payroll reports and prepare payroll related journal entries
• Coordinate payroll tax filings and year end activities, including W-2 preparation
• Support audits by providing payroll documentation and reports
• Partner with Human Resources and Accounting to ensure accurate payroll and employee data
