Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of payroll processing experience for 1k+ employees.
• Experience processing payroll for a multi-state workforce.
• Working knowledge of federal and state wage, hour, and payroll tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for hourly employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration.
• Manage payroll adjustments, including retroactive payments, manual checks, and payroll corrections.
• Administer wage garnishments and court-ordered deductions.
• Prepare and review payroll reports and reconcile payroll data.
• Assist with general ledger support and payroll-related journal entries.
