The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of payroll experience with ADP and Workday, strong Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. This full-time position is based in Boston with competitive compensation and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP, preferably WorkForce Now.
• Experience with Workday.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payrolls using ADP.
• Communicate with ADP on payroll issues.
• Prepare manual off-cycle payments.
• Enter general ledgers and reconcile payroll journal entries in Workday.
• Manage fringe benefits and deductions for payrolls.
• Maintain employee 401k elections.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Respond to payroll-related questions from employees.
• Assist with payroll audits and HR/finance projects.
• Perform ad hoc payroll tasks as required.
