Rooms To Go is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support full-cycle payroll processing in a multi-state environment. The role emphasizes accurate weekly/bi-weekly payroll, data reconciliation, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP systems, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while collaborating with the Payroll Team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily payroll operations and support the Payroll Team.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions.
• Reconcile payroll and validate reports before transmission.
• Process year-end reporting (W-2, etc.).
• Handle payroll inquiries and maintain records.
