Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of payroll administration, payroll coordinator, or related experience.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, Paylocity, or similar platforms; Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, taxes, wage-hour, deductions, benefits, and 401(k) processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Ability to follow established procedures and escalate exceptions for review.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information accurately.
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Support biweekly payroll processing for employees across multiple states.
• Review timesheets for completeness, accuracy, policy compliance, and required approvals.
• Maintain payroll records for new hires, terminations, compensation changes, direct deposit updates, and tax withholding changes.
• Assist with payroll tax filings, reporting, and related compliance activities.
• Support benefits administration, payroll deductions, and reconciliations.
• Process and reconcile 401(k) contributions, employer matches, and loans.
• Research payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries, following established procedures and escalating exceptions for review.
• Prepare payroll reports and analyze payroll data using Excel.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities.
• Coordinate with Human Resources, Benefits, and Finance as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
