• Answer payroll and benefits questions for team members.
• Maintain benefit programs from open enrollment to life events.
• Track data, spot trends, reconcile invoices, stay audit-ready.
• Identify improvements to payroll processes.
• Manage monthly wellness initiative and improve benefit engagement.
• Complete monthly state tax audits and ensure proper application.
