Qualifications

• 5–10 years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience supporting multi-state payroll operations.
• Experience with payroll tax administration and tax issue resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and office applications.

Responsabilités

• Process employee payroll transactions across multiple systems for a large workforce.
• Audit payroll-related records for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with balancing, reconciliation, and issue resolution of payroll data.
• Maintain payroll records in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with HR, Benefits, Talent Management, and Finance to ensure timely data processing.
