Job summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance across multiple locations. This role partners with our payroll provider to support a smooth payroll experience across our locations.

You will own end-to-end bi-weekly payroll, audit timesheets, maintain records and deductions, and assist with taxes and audits. Requires multi-state payroll experience and proficiency with Excel and HRIS; Kronos is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll across multiple states with compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms; Kronos a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bi-weekly payroll process for multiple entities.
• Review and audit timesheets; resolve discrepancies with managers.
• Maintain payroll records including taxes, deductions, and direct deposits.
• Coordinate with payroll provider for taxes, reporting, and deductions.
• Support compliance, audits, and payroll system training for employees.
