Qualifications

• 5–10 years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience supporting multi-state payroll operations.
• Experience with payroll tax administration and tax-related issue resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong auditing, reconciliation, and data integrity skills.

Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll transactions for a multi-state workforce.
• Audit payroll-related transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll tax administration and year-end reporting.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Partner with HR, Benefits, and Finance to support lifecycle events.
