Job summary

Turner's Outdoorsman seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager in Rialto, CA. This hands-on role supports payroll, benefits, personnel changes, and recruitment across a multi-state workforce. You will back up the Payroll Lead and ensure HRIS accuracy using ADP Workforce Now.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in HR, strong payroll processing skills, and a degree in HR or related field. Expect a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 3+ years of ADP Workforce Now experience.
• Multi-state HR and payroll experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Payroll Lead backup and process payroll through ADP Workforce Now.
• Review payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and answer payroll questions.
• Process changes in status, pay rate changes, promotions, transfers, and other personnel changes.
• Audit accruals and ensure accurate vacation/sick balances.
• Manage benefit deductions and wage garnishments.
• Assist with 401(k) administration and enrollment.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and I-9 documentation.
• Maintain HR records and conduct HRIS audits.
• Ensure compliance notices and HR reporting are accurate.
