Job summary

Turner’s Outdoorsman seeks a hands-on HR Manager to join our Rialto, CA HR team. The role focuses on payroll, benefits, personnel changes, and recruitment in a multi-state environment using ADP Workforce Now.

The successful candidate will manage benefits, 401(k), HRIS accuracy, and HR operations while supporting the Payroll Lead. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of ADP Workforce Now experience required.
• Multi-state HR and payroll experience required.
• Experience supporting a high-volume workforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll, benefits administration, personnel changes, terminations, recruitment, compliance, 401(k) administration and HRIS accuracy.
• Serve as backup to Payroll Lead and support payroll processing in ADP Workforce Now.
• Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, I-9 completion and employee file documentation.
• Maintain HR records, audits, and compliance notices across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment activities and 401(k) plan administration.
