Job summary

Eversource Energy seeks aSenior leader to oversee energy efficiency programs across multiple states. You will supervise a team of executives, manage channel partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams to drive program success.

The role requires deep understanding of energy efficiency projects, regulatory considerations, and strong stakeholder engagement. Hybrid work is available across MA/CT/NH, with an emphasis on delivering measurable energy savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5–10 years in technical marketing, sales, project management or energy efficiency.
• Experience and/or aptitude in development and management of channel partnerships and programs.

Responsibilities

• Directs supervision of department staff, including development, performance assessments, recruitment and reporting procedures.
• Oversees budgeting, invoicing and tracking of expenses and energy savings.
• Leads relationship building with customers, stakeholders and contractors in energy efficiency programs.
• Manages the channel partner portfolio and coordinates between channel, sales and implementation teams.
