The role requires a engineering degree and 3+ years in the field, with strong communication skills and experience reading engineering drawings. Hybrid work is available to balance in-office and remote tasks.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• Three+ years of experience in energy efficiency or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement and installation of energy-efficient equipment.
• Review applications and data for energy efficiency programs.
• Assist with data analysis and performance metrics.
• Support contractor management for program implementation.
• Provide support for program marketing activities.
• Support evaluation of new technologies and R&D activities.
