Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of directly related experience.
• Bachelors or higher in science, business, or engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic and tactical plans to ensure readiness and compliance with energy laws and regulations.
• Oversees the department’s most complex projects through their complete life-cycle.
• Analyzes department goals, SLA’s and budgets and provides data-driven insights.
• Directs cross-functional teams and provides program leadership and guidance.
• Offers regulatory and legislative support, including testimony as required.
