Job summary

PSEG seeks a leader to drive demand-side management and energy efficiency initiatives across multiple programs. You will chair cross-functional teams—engineering, legal, regulatory and procurement—to launch new products and services, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

You will guide program development, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and align offerings with the needs of property owners, tenants and housing authorities.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree plus 6 years of energy efficiency programs, construction, project management, or related fields; or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated knowledge of C&I programs and working knowledge of utility regulation and accounting principles.
• Compliance with DOE 10 CFR 810 is required.
• May be required to work in alternate locations during storm/outage restoration.
• Described knowledge areas include PJM capacity markets and NJ Large C&I market sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and delivery of demand-side management and energy efficiency products/services through cross-functional teams.
• Manage internal staff and external vendors to meet program deliverables with safety, compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to improve processes, policies, and new product development.
• Develop partnerships and vendor relationships; represent the company on external committees.
• Oversee IT systems for program management and reporting results.
• Develop and monitor program budgets; support regulatory filings.
• Direct the Energy Solutions energy efficiency program and tailor offerings for owners, tenants and housing authorities.
