Job summary

Inspected is seeking a Compliance Lead to provide day-to-day regulatory leadership for municipal registration, jurisdiction activation, and multi-state expansion. You will guide operational compliance, ensure activation readiness, and support scaling while mitigating regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive regulatory compliance experience.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and escalation skills.
• Ability to interpret statutes, ordinances, and policies.
• Experience with multi-state regulatory expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily regulatory registration and activation workflows.
• Review statutes and licensing requirements.
• Approve activation workflows; escalate when needed.
• Monitor changes and update SOPs and training.
