Dane Street, LLC is seeking a Compliance Specialist to safeguard our regulatory posture by leading licensing, registrations, and renewals across states. The role supports regulatory audits, liaises with agencies, and ensures adherence to URO/IRO and related standards to minimize risk and maintain seamless operations.

Competenze

• Experience in Regulatory Compliance, state filings, or paralegal role.
• Strong legal research, investigative, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and compliance documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and stay organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels and external stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end state license acquisition, renewal, and filings (URO/IRO).
• Identify and monitor state laws and regulations affecting operations.
• Respond to compliance requests and audits with precise written deliverables.
• Liaise with state agencies, regulatory bodies, and external auditors.
