Illinois Mutual is seeking a Senior Compliance Operations Specialist to independently manage complex regulatory filings, product implementations, and compliance operations. You will partner with Legal, Product Development, IT, Marketing, and Sales to ensure accurate regulatory adherence across advertising and communications.

Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining records, and coordinating multi-department efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least 3 years in insurance compliance or related areas.
• Life, health or disability insurance experience.
• Experience supporting regulatory filings, product implementation and testing.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Independently review advertising, marketing, sales, training, and customer communications for compliance.
• Research regulatory requirements; document conclusions and practical implementation.
• Perform compliance monitoring, testing, or quality reviews; document findings.
• Maintain complete compliance records and decision support documentation.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory filings using SERFF or similar systems.
• Coordinate implementation activities across departments and track deliverables.
• Lead or coordinate defined compliance workstreams and recurring processes.
• Provide status updates and communications to stakeholders.
