Job summary

Inspected is a fast-growing construction tech company enabling remote inspections and permitting across Florida, Texas, and Tennessee. The Research Specialist will gather and validate regulatory information, organize it in HubSpot, and hand off complete packages to the Registration & Activation team for multi-state expansion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in research, permitting, municipal administration, compliance support, licensing, data management, or a related field.
• Strong internet, regulatory, and document research skills with the ability to verify information using authoritative sources.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Strong written communication and organization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PDF tools, HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Research building departments, municipalities, counties, and authorities having jurisdiction in assigned regions.
• Identify municipal contacts, emails, phone numbers, websites, forms, and submission methods.
• Document research findings in approved templates with clear, verifiable information.
• Create and maintain municipality folders and document repositories.
• Maintain the Registered Cities Master List and related tracking tools.
• Collect and organize registration documents including licenses and certificates.
