Job summary

Buckled In seeks an experienced Compliance Operations Manager to lead high-volume, multi-state driver compliance. You will design control systems, oversee audits, and ensure policies are current.

Collaborate with Recruitment, Onboarding, Operations, and Sales teams and manage a team of compliance professionals. Ideal candidate has strong regulatory knowledge, exceptional organization, and proven ability to drive measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years implementing city/state/federal regulations for compliance.
• 2-4 years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of remote work experience.
• Experience in a high-volume organization (500+ employees).
• Laptop with a working camera and microphone.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a high-volume compliance process with design and monitoring of control systems.
• Perform audits of systems and policies; update training for drivers.
• Review background checks and motor vehicle reports per local standards.
• Maintain applicant tracking and compliance systems.
