Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Finance or Strategic Management; Master’s preferred.
• 10 years of progressive management experience can substitute for education.
• 5–7 years in physician practice administration or healthcare management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for daily primary care practice operations.
• Develop budgets, policies, and workflow processes across the site.
• Identify revenue opportunities and drive practice expansion and recruitment.
• Oversee contract implementation and physician employment agreements.
• Chair department meetings and communicate goals to direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and NCQA standards.
