Job summary

Mercy is seeking an executive leader to guide hospital, clinic, and service line operations. You will partner with physicians and leaders to drive growth, improve quality, and enhance patient experience across complex health systems.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field and 3–5 years of progressive healthcare leadership. Cardiology experience is preferred; strong financial and strategic acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience working collaboratively with physicians and executive leaders; cardiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for service lines and major organizational initiatives.
• Partner with Medical Directors to develop regional centers of excellence.
• Provide oversight to department leaders across hospital and clinic operations.
• Drive operational performance, quality, patient safety, and customer service.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and long-term planning; mentor leaders.
