Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or higher in healthcare, finance or strategic management.
• 10 years of progressively responsible management experience required.
• Masters in Healthcare Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations to align with Mercy’s mission and values.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance and projections.
• Oversee daily primary care operations, policy creation, and workflow efficiency.
• Identify revenue opportunities and manage physician relationships and contracts.
• Oversee implementation of corporate initiatives and strategic plans.
